About Elivate Associates

Founded by Lauren Hopper, Elivate Associates is a boutique consultancy created to develop better leaders and stronger teams, elevating individuals to reach their potential.

We’ve seen consistent patterns across organisations in how leadership and team dynamics influence performance, engagement, and retention. Many leaders are promoted for their technical expertise but are not equipped with the people‑leadership capabilities needed to support their teams effectively. At the same time, teams often operate without the confidence, cohesion, or psychological safety required to perform at their best.
